The Alien Anthropologist and the Goofy Detective – GS.

The alien kitty Princess causes chaos, as she becomes way too curious about Tommy and Elissa.  Poor Frank and Isolde are left to do the explaining, until Xillia interrupts.

Scene setting : Elissa’s apartment, Gantz Series.

Co-written with Temp, Chor and VunG.

Temp:  Out of the two new humans in her presence, the female proved to be the more surprised. With Isolde and Frank it had been the male. It was slightly interesting to say the least. Xillia really didn’t know how to feel about Frank and the other man acting hostile towards each other, but she knew she wanted to stop it. Just before she was about to snag the two by their collars, Isolde managed to invite her and the other female over to a table. Of course, there was no way she would fit in the tiny seats next to it, so she instead simply scooted over and remained on her knees. Her tail flicked back and forth curiously as she watched the four humans and their strange reactions. Humans were definitely proving to be the interesting creatures that she thought they would be. It seemed that she wouldn’t get a chance to watch them partake in intercourse though, which was very unfortunate. Instead of actually saying anything she remained silent, figuring that Frank and Isolde would do the talking for her.

VunG:  Elissa was still in a bit of a daze as Tommy began snapping at the newcomer and, most of all, Frank. She vaguely registered what was happening, though she was still slow to respond and her eyes drifted sleepily to and fro between them. Though… that was a damn good question, how in the world did they know that she and Tommy had been doing the do?! Still, her thoughts would be cut short as Frank screamed like he had a clothespin attached to his nuts and sprinted for the kitchen with Tommy in hot pursuit. Oh no, oh nonononono, she was not about to have that. Surprisingly, she wouldn’t be the one to get their attention, Isolde instead declaring a meeting, not now but right now! Nodding coldly agreeably and looking straight at the men, with a glare at Frank in particular, she would quickly go to grab her notepad and pencil before heading for the table. If the men didn’t come, she’d give a sharp whistle. Of course, as she moved to join, she realized just how tall this ‘alien’ woman was… and that she was on her knees like a parent chasing after his kid… jeeze, how tall was this lady?!

Shaking her head, she sat down rather forcefully in one of the chairs and rather furiously wrote down, ~I want answers. Now. Why wasn’t Frank picking up? How did you get in here? And who the hell is Fluffy over here?!~ You could tell juts by looking at her that she was more than a little perturbed, a vein perhaps a little larger than it should have been and her eyes flashing dangerously. That said, she didn’t seem to be angry at anyone in particular except for Frank, and even then that could wait; no she was just angry in general at being interrupted and being so thoroughly confused… and at the intrusion.

Razorbackwriter:  Tommy had Frank by the scruff of the neck, and his arm pulled back about to punch him in the face. It was the pent up frustration coupled with the fact that “Fluffy” and co had ruined what was a beautiful moment between himself and Elissa. He was just about to knock Frank’s lights out, when Isolde let out a huge order that the boys knock it off. It was enough to have Tommy stop in his tracks, and then push Frank back, before straightening his own collar.

“We aren’t done.” Tommy threatened. Making the “I have my eyes on you” gesture with two fingers, from his eyes then to Frank’s and back to his own. Frank tried to catch his breath, after already experienced teleporting for the very first time, and then catching Tommy and Elissa in a rather hot embrace. Tommy turned on his heel and marched out of the kitchen and then past Isa, who was issuing commands like she was in charge of a crime scene. She ordered that they all enter the dining area and take a seat for a discussion. Frank waited a good minute in the kitchen before emerging. It was bad enough that Tommy wanted to deck him, and then the fact they had a gigantic cat girl fluffy alien in there too, had to be explained. He might not be able to answer all their questions, at once.

Tommy took a seat near Elissa, reaching under the table to place his hand on her thigh, while she was busy scribbling down a heap of questions. Elissa looked pissed, and who could blame her. Tommy certainly couldn’t.

Frank….finally got the balls to come out of the kitchen when everyone was seated. All seemed to be looking at him, though Fluffy was looking on at each of them. She must have had a lot of questions about why the fight broke out and if this was normal Human behaviour.

“I know you are probably wondering what happened to me….”

Tommy just growled.

“Right..well, I admit when I left here the other night, I was pretty down. I….uhm…well, I was going to go and end it all.”

Tommy’s lips thinned as he crossed his arms and waited to hear more.

“I…kinda bumped into Isa…who helped me realize that I was making a mistake. She spent the night at my place, and…no before you ask, the reason she is wearing Missy’s clothes is cause she didn’t go home after that. We were going to come see you when we bumped into Princess Xillia.” At this point he gestured to the alien fluffy girl, and smiled weakly. “I’m really sorry for not calling sooner….and…really sorry we interrupted your sexy time.”

Frank looked at Isa hopefully, like if she wanted to interject, but he quickly sat down, as he thought he pretty much answered everything, but he did bounce out of his seat to add.

“We teleported into the room. Pretty cool, huh?”

~RB~

Chor:  Isolde at first let Frank answer the questions about his whereabouts in the last twelve hours. A thankful demeanor aired through her at the mention of the hoodie that very clearly read ‘Malone’ on the back in the brightest white one could afford. She had to give Missy one thing, she kept her laundry immaculate. Not a single grass stain or discoloration from washing with other colours. Something struck her at the end of his little spiel, though. There was not one mention about how she’d been the one who called him. As he settled, she blinked and cleared her throat, making sure that the attention was now directed toward her.

Just for clarification; I called Frank to my aid last night so if you have any ill thoughts you may direct them at me. It was my own fault that Frank left,” Isa spoke, licking her lips and nodding to signal the end of her input. Frank went on about the teleporting again and she looked at him. He was certainly something, something that turned her solemn frown into a light grin with his quirky antics and high energy level.

He is correct; we were brought here by means of teleportation via our new acquaintance, Princess Xillia over yonder,” Isa reinforced, gesturing to their fluffy, alien ride-along.

Temp: Xillia bobbed her head back and forth curiously between the four humans as they all interacted. One of them didn’t speak, but instead wrote down her words. How interesting. The other three were speaking like she expected between each other, though one of the males seemed to be rather aggressive. She tried to chime in on a few points, which were mostly her trying to stop any sort of violence going on around her, but the humans were speaking relatively quickly. Eventually she found that it was her turn to speak as Isolde gestured towards her. She happily raised a hand and waved at the two humans whom she didn’t know, and offered a great big ol’ smile. Even though she was a giant in comparison to the others and was clearly not humans, it was clear that she was very happy and excited to be here. “Hello, hello! I am Princess Xillia, and I’ve come to your planet out of love for your people! I do apologize if I interrupted your mating rituals.” With her apology she offered a few quick bows of apology, then looked back and forth between the four humans curiously once more. Perhaps they would continue their mating ritual with the other two humans? Do humans do it in fours? Ohhh she was so curious!

VunG:  Elissa was all too happy to have Tommy by her side, her own hand resting on his, oh so grateful for his support. Right now, as much as she acted like a ferocious tiger, she felt pretty well naked and vulnerable with her arm like it is… and honestly she didn’t know what the hell was going on. Yeah, she was a bit scared, she wasn’t too proud to admit that to herself, but she refused to show it off.

Of course, when Frank started up, she simply stared at him, her face completely unflinching as he explained that he had fully intended to end it all. One word came into her head in response, and she damn near wrote it down in response but kept herself at bay. That word, was ‘coward.’ She didn’t know why it came up, or what made her feel that way, but in that moment she thought that the very concept of even considering such a short-sighted action was the peak of cowardice. Unlike her after her… series of events, Frank at the very least had Tommy and Rory’s memory to fight for–to abandon those would be the ultimate disservice. However… she let it go… he had it rough already, and she could handle that when the bigger questions were tackled.

Isolde’s claim that it was her fault went more or less unheard; Frank could have simply told her, ‘Hey, ‘Lissa, I’m going to help someone from the force, take care,’ and she would have given him a salute and gone straight to bed. Though, she did kind of shrug off the fact that Isolde was wearing Frank’s wife’s clothes… she hadn’t noticed it until he pointed it out, and after that she very frankly didn’t think it her business if the two were fucking. Wasn’t her business, and would make her a bit of a hypocrite.

That saaaiiiiid… the repeated apologies for interrupting their ‘sexy times’ wore really thin on her really fast. They were apologizing, so she couldn’t be rightly angry about that, but it was a bit annoying that they thought that she was angry that she and Tommy weren’t screwing again… granted having their intimacy spoiled didn’t help but regardless. No, what really bothered her was the teleportation thing. As the three of them insisted that that was so… and then the ‘alien princess’ introduced herself as some sort of lover of human studies or whatever you’d call that and apologized for interrupting their mating, she pinched the bridge of her nose and let out a long, frustrated sigh. She wanted to believe this was just some sort of elaborate hoax, because honestly she’d prefer that than some intricate sci-fi nonsense, but at this point she was having a hard time.

The following actions would seem odd to anyone not in her head, and especially to Xillia. First, she pinched herself, hard enough to leave a mark, hoping that she was dreaming. Then she would wave for Frank and Isolde to lean towards her, and would spend a moment staring carefully at their eyes before seeing that their eyes were, indeed, neither dilated nor red enough for drugs… or at least none she knew symptoms of off the top of her head. Then she took a good long look at Princess Xillia, tilting her head to and fro, trying to find the inflatable tube or the sign of animatronics or even a locksmith’s kit for the purpose of getting in without her or Tommy noticing. But… eventually she realized that, yes, this seemed to be real… or a very well-done dream. And throughout all of this, she kept a tight grip on Tommy’s hand, almost clinging to him for support.

Sighing and pinching her bridge again, she looked almost pleadingly to Tommy and then wrote with carefully-‘spoken’ sluggishness, ~So you’re meaning to tell me that you two just happened to stumble onto an alien princess anthropologist. Let me write that down again, an alien princess anthropologist.~ Sighing again, she would rip out that page, pass it to someone, then write down a fresh introduction, pausing to take a deep breath before looking to Xillia with a more relaxed, if tired expression. ~I’m sorry I’ve been such a… bitchy guest. Frank had me scared even before you lot popped in. I’m Elissa, Your Grace. So… welcome to our planet I suppose.~

She just welcomed an royal alien xenoanthropologist with the equivalent of a post-it note. Sounded like part of a bad joke.

The Maze of Greed – Part Five : SS.

The Witch and the Alp were not the only ones in the Maze of Greed.  Another had been placed there against their will, but would she trust Mariela and Scar?

Scene setting : The Maze of Greed. – Seven Sins Series.

Co-written with Dessy and Artie.

Razorbackwriter:  “Ever heard the phrase “Curiosity killed the cat?” Scar said off the cuff, while Mariela was going on and on about how she didn’t understand Lydia’s plans, not that Scar was all that clued in. He was just told to keep Mariela busy and out of the way, which he had done a bloody good job of – till he fell in love with her. What Mariela didn’t understand was that Scar was facing a death sentence. Help the witch or not, Lydia’s anger was going to be extreme. Course, Scar didn’t want to fret the young witch was such things. She was having a hard time enough coping with being lost in Lydia’s maze.

“Yeah… “Hate” is starting to lead me down the path where I’m going to destroy the next living creature that appears in this damn maze.”

“Can I watch?” Scar was now keen to see if Mariela really had it in her to kill someone, or a beastie. The thought of it, kind of got him excited. He showed off that cheeky Cheshire smile of his, which was disarming when done at the wrong times. Clearly she had forgotten that there was a high chance that there was another unfortunate soul lost in this maze. Mariela, suddenly remembered and that was when the true goodness of her nature came to the fore. She got on her little soap box and went on about how they had to do the right thing and help whoever was caught up in this nightmare. Scar blew a raspberry, his lips flapping. Fun times were over.

Also, Mariela did not want to use his hat as a way to escape after all. Her magic was a part of her she simply could not let go of. She rather stay in Hell than venture to any other dimension where she would be a simple human. Who could blame her? It wasn’t Scar’s first option either, but he was willing to do it for her. Again she looked at him with mistrust in her eyes. After everything, she still didn’t trust him.

Scar pouted, and looked up at her with sad eyes.

“It doesn’t matter now.” He simply didn’t want to discuss it.

‘grnoa?’

The Alp’s ears pricked at the sound of a feminine voice.

“You hear that?”

Could it be another one of Lydia’s creatures that roamed the maze?

“I think its killy killy time.” He wiggled his brows at Mariela and then bowed before her. “After you.”

~RB~

Dessy:  “Of course I’ve heard of that phrase.” Mariela said, her arms still crossed. “I don’t like to think of it has “curiosity”. I prefer to call it “investigating”.” she said, sticking her tongue out at him in a childish fashion. She had turned her head to look around her, before looking at Scar when he asked if he could watch, and he gave a grin. “Sure. Why not?” she said with a shrug. Mariela may be all “good-natured” and everything, but when she was pushed or angry – such as this – she could kill someone if she really wanted to. Especially if it was to save someone’s life. After all, that’s why she was sent to hell. For murder. It was for good reason and it was to protect herself and her brothers. She’d do it again if pushed that far, or if she needed to protect someone. The girl was innocent and kind-hearted, but she was no weakling. Underestimating her was a bad decision – the man she killed learned that the hard way.

Mariela narrowed her eyes when he blew a raspberry. “What? We can’t leave them here to die!” she exclaimed. Scar then appeared sad, and it caused her to frown. But she had also heard the noise that Scar did. “Wait, it might not be one of Lydia’s creatures. It could be the person that was left here.” Mariela said, looking down at Scar. “So no killing until we know for sure, and until I say so. Got it?” she spoke sternly. When he bowed and told her to go first, Mariela rolled her eyes and walked ahead of him. “Such a gentleman you are…” she spoke in sarcasm, but couldn’t help a smile that formed on her face.

“Hello? If you’re not a scary creature of this maze trying to kill us and you’re trapped here like us, then we want to help you. Give us some sign as to where you are.” Mariela spoke out, but not too loud. Judging by how they heard the noise, even at how weak it was, the girl couldn’t be too far. “We won’t hurt you.” she then said again. She turned around to look at Scar, before looking back in front of her.

Artie:  Bandit’s hearing was downgraded, from some sort of blow from her ear. The world was underwater, her own breathing resonating through her own head. It sounded labored and hard, her eyes squinting open as she heard someone speak.. “Who are you?” Though once more, it was no more than a croak that pained her on its way up. It was heard as, “Ooh err oo?” Soft, tentative. Though, her hand would still reach to be near her boot, grabbing the handle of her dagger as she pulled it free with tremendous effort.. Jesus.. Had someone added 70 pounds to her blade? Bandit held it out in front of her with a sort of last-survival effort, glaring towards the sound of voices..

She looked somewhat humorous, with an inner ferocity and a battered outside body. It was likely that she couldn’t walk, and truthfully she felt reality fading with each second. She was sure that she had a black eye, from how swollen and tender it felt. Maybe from her fall.. Somehow, she’d gotten a rather large cut on her leg. It was healing, but dirty and still dried blood clumped around it and on her clothing. Her hands themselves were dirty, and her hair was in the same state. Was her throat bleeding from the sheer dryness of it..? It sure tasted like it.. But, Bandit figured.. if she was going to die, she would go with a fight, no matter how feeble.. Her hand would tighten its grip on the blade’s handle.

Razorbackwriter:  Scar raised himself up slowly from bowing before the young Witch. She was such a funny girl at times. Angry, yet curious. Good natured yet with a mean streak when crossed. Threatening death one minute, then being a saint the next. It was enough to confuse the poor Alp, who had the weight of much on his mind now. They really had to tread carefully, and what lay up ahead could well be one of Lydia’s creatures. The Alp had come up with the idea that there was a slight possibility of another person or enemy in the maze, but if that was true they still needed to be on their guard. Scar crept along after Mariela, once he had firmly placed his hat back on his head.

“Hello? If you’re not a scary creature of this maze trying to kill us and you’re trapped here like us, then we want to help you. “

“If you are scary, the Duchess is going to rip your heart up out your nostril and chew on it.” Scar added, only to see her stern look, when she cast her gaze back at him when she had said that they wouldn’t hurt them.

“…much.” Poor Scar, his nature was always getting the better of him. “Oh come on. It could be anything.”

Sure enough when they made the next turn, there was a girl laying in the path of the maze. Covered in bruises, cuts and blood – she looked to have been through the ringer. Her voice was quite strange and she stunk. “Ooh err oo?” the girl whispered, looking to be in so much pain.

“It’s…it’s a girl. I think it’s human.” Scar said with a look of surprise. The Alp had not come across humans before and had only heard about them. What he had heard was not good. This one was wearing a jeweled collar and then she brandished a knife. Holding it out in front of her like she was ready to defend herself. This was not good as far as he was concerned. “A feisty human.”

Scar waited to see what Mariela would do next. Would she dare try to save a girl that looked ready to attack them?

“What if she wants to hurt us? Hmm?”

~RB~

Dessy:  Mariela kept walking through the maze, Scar following close beside her. Her eyes and ears were focused on finding out where the voice came from. But at Scar’s comment, she snapped her head towards him and looked at him sternly. She then reached over and slapped him. “And if it’s one of the creatures, then I’ll take care of it. Now shut it.” she spoke. Soon they turned the corner, and that’s when they saw her.

She was bruised up, with cuts and blood. She looked like she was in a lot of pain. “She is human.” Mariela gave a nod of her head. She took a step forward, but stopped when she pulled out a dagger. She turned her head to glare at Scar. “Shut up and let me take care of it.” she spoke, before looking to the girl again. “If she tries to harm us, we will be able to defend ourselves. She’s too weak to do much.”

She took another step forward. “We’re not gonna hurt you.” she spoke softly, gently. “I’m Mariela, a witch. This is Scar.” she gestured her hand over to Scar. “We’re trapped here just like you. We have no intention of hurting you. We want to help you.” she took another step forward. “Put down the dagger. Please. And let us help you.” she still spoke in that calm, and gentle manner. “I promise no harm will come to you. If you let us help you, we will protect you. You have my word.” she spoke once more, her green eyes showing worry for the girl’s health. The girl wouldn’t survive if she wouldn’t let the two help her.

Artie:  Everything in Bandit’s core screamed at her to deny their help, to fend for herself and figure her life out on her own.. But she knew this would not be wise, and she would be very unlikely to survive a night in this state.. How could she trust two strangers? Yet, she would be dead either way.. It was simply a death of waiting in this god forsaken maze or one at the hand of these two strangers. With a shaking hand she would drop the blade, the metal making a dull thud but also a clang as it fell to the ground, her fingers held tensely in the air as she felt an immense amount of pain, blood coming from her fingertips in slight cuts and scratches – the grip of her dagger had bloody fingerprints on it, the stinging lingering through her bones. She would grit her teeth, glaring at her fingers as she began to curl them in, as though going to clench her fists but instead finding herself stopped by the pain. Her hand would shake in the air from the stinging pain, her fingernails caked with blood – what had happened to her in her moments of unconsciousness?

“Day.. What day is it?” Her lips attempted to form the words, clearing her throat weakly. “Dai.. Wha dai.. s’it?” She turned her head, spitting out a clump of blood.. Her throat was so dry that the blood itself was little in liquid, no saliva to coat it so it instead was just spat out in a thick mass of dark red. She let out a puff of air, labored, then gazed at Mariela. “Names?” “Nm..ss?” Her eyes focused on Mariela’s as hard as she could, yet still appeared glazed when she was gazed at. Her eyes closed slightly in her struggle, though then reopened.. Bandit would not allow herself to look weaker than she already did. Couldn’t.

A High Price to Pay – SS.

The Masquerade ball is over for many, as they flee into the night.  The Princess has bitten off more than she can chew, whilst destruction and chaos rule.

Scene setting : The Masquerade Ball of Greed – Seven Sins series.

Co-written with Zetta, Temp, Moo and Nhal.

Zetta:  Blitz held a firm stance after unleashing his telekinetic force manipulation for a wide arc of chaotic volume despite the otherwise groundbreaking focus required. However, such a blast brought conflict of it’s own, without a boost of life energy he was physically impaired. He could take flight to control his own movement, but his hands and feet were still useless for a moment, this was the reason the half-god would avoid using the technique in the midst of a fight. Despite it’s broad range, if it was still somehow dodged he would be left open to anything, for a bit of time. This weakness usually meant nothing to him since the time it would take for an actual response from an opponent after taking the blast was longer than a few seconds. However he had been attacked by an unknown enemy, who had timed their attack to appear immediately after his own. This person was quickly identified as the one who berated Blitz before, and so he was quickly riled up to be halted by this same prince. His only defense was an aura of aether energy only enough to guard his torso, it was condensed so that it would not explode on contact and instead maintain it’s form, the likes of which dissolved the effort of the shadowy hand from a crushing grapple, to a rough squeeze. While being so close to a form lacking a sturdy material presence, he carefully manipulated the small amount of space between them and impregnated the prince with aether. He could have simply pushed the energy inside with his control over it, but this way the ball could not be removed without a similar control over space.

Brought outside by this hold, he turned his head to the ground quickly approaching after he was dropped at the entrance of the castle. He left the aether used in his defensive measure for a counter-attack, focusing only on the created space now within his target. The second he was released, Blitz activated a violent explosion from within, simulating the way he used his white-hole technique. However something like this was much simpler as he was only controlling pre-existing energy. With his strength regained, he tucked his limbs in and recovered quickly from the fall, his bawled up form smashing into the ground making a loud thud. No apparent damage to the ground itself though. By the time he looked up, his attacker was descending onto the ground just a few feet from him, and had already opened his mouth instead of properly defending himself. This was typical of a person who did not often fight, like nobles. To almost no surprise he found the prince to be speaking nonsense, just like before, only now he had directly launched an offense against Blitz. Even worse, he had done so and taken him out of a probably interesting, as well as entertaining fight. A mistake he would learn from before their ensued fight ended. “Idiot.. What sense was there is getting in my way?”

His look narrowed into complete seriousness for a time before he breathed out and smirked, one fist punching into the open palm of another at a realization. There was present life-energy near him and right on his opponent. His knuckles cloaked his hand like an umbrella. Until now he had been in a succession of spars and had not been able to really cut loose, now with his signature having been so close to Blitz he could track him easily and avenge the fight opportunity he just lost. “… Make a habit of slandering Anarchy Division’s name…” His left-hand bawled into a fist and smacked against the open palm of his right-hand. The divine energy within Blitz’ aether had likely already caused an effect to the demon, not to be easily snuffed out by even an arch-demon’s prowess without even mentioning the other forces in tangent. Aside from the various elemental input, there was also the suddenly expanding space to cause concussive damage as well. “And you’ll regret it..”
___________________________________________________________________________________________________

He had gained an approval from Princess Gabriel to properly defend the entirety of their area, but before he could take any stance to do so the assailant who had asked him for support was already snatched elsewhere. While keeping his awareness up he noticed the clicking of shoes as someone approached him. Obviously the only one in the same position as the royal guard, his love came upon him without any sort of hostility – seeming to have calmed down from her annoyed and slightly detested response just a few moments ago. Lady Wrath had come to relieve him surprisingly, place her hand upon his outstretched arm, hot from the contact and sizzling to the bone she touched him still. Upon the offering of her malevolent use of wordplay she revealed her disdain for the situation at hand as well as his own misfortunes, and compliment him at the same time. Cecil was happy to have her praise of course and a deeper part of him relished in her saying he had misbehaved, beckoning to mention that she might do something later. She removed the weight on his hand, the royal guard taking deep breaths to endure the pain. “Thank you, my Lady..” He said, bowing gently in a crouched position.

His head turned to the others once he was assured she was acknowledged, thanked, and safe from harm. Now toward the other princess, in the literal exact opposite position, whoever her aides were they were absent while she had been prodding herself with the blade. She foolishly pressed herself against it, seemingly testing the knight who had apparently finished his killings and was now heading for the door. In the middle of her Kingdom, she just wanted him to go now, his head shook in reference to his own leader who had killed a man and all who stood for him because he dared her. That was just one reason why he loved her, and instead of charging into battle in another’s home, she casually retreated and watched the chaos ensue. This one.. She was no demon ruler, but a coward pulling the right strings. Her burning skin warned everyone around to get a move on.. Something, and then the woman bearing pain spoke again. Shouting out to all that the party was over, as if she still had authority. Disregarding that entirely he turned to his own Lady Wrath once more, this was an opportunity, while the other prince was occupied and no one else strong stood for the now burning woman. “I will only move on your order, princess.” He humbly spoke to her.

Nhal:  Stupidity it is then.” Belphegor spoke flatly, his demeanor seeming much sharper and lest tired than it had within the ballroom. Drifting to the side slowly he circled around Blitz, watching him closely as parts of his form began to blow away like mist in the wind. “Naturally you and your little gathering of imbeciles are not welcome to this plane, and sooner or later, whether it is of your own volition or not, you’ll be ejected… Violently if required…” Raising one hand in front of him the Prince of Sloth flexed his fingers in a whirling motion, a small cloud of smoke forming before he waved his hand and the blackness cleared, a long card with the king of hearts stamped across the front was suddenly held between his talons. “However given the current circumstances, I don’t have the time to deal with your childlike pigheadedness.

While more portions of Belphegor began to wisp away portions of grayish-black skin which thinly coated bones began to make themselves visible. In addition his voice became extremely crisp and hollow with certain crackles that made some words hard to distinguish, as if the voice was emanating through an worn old speaker.

As more and more of the almost skeletal figure below began to emerge, the very presence of Belphegor began to fade away, replaced with a feeling that was far more malicious then the prince’s standard aura. The change in this feeling, while extremely great, would go unnoticed by the patrons inside the ballroom, blocked off by the coating of black crystals along the walls. The side of Belphegor’s face which was out of the sight of Blitz was the next to begin steaming and fading away as he shook his head, and while the face beneath could not be seen, long lines of what appeared to be blood soaked cloth hung below his ghostly visage in plain sight.

His voice continued to echo as he circled the demi-god, the card still held firmly between his fingers while his other hand sat lazily behind his back. After a full rotation he stopped in his tracks and began to dangle the playing card in front of him with two fingers, speaking almost as if he was lost in his own world.

Moo;

Kirsikka had made a long, fine cut in the armor while she hummed to herself. Surely nobody would make it quite this easy; she felt too relaxed in a situation she expected to take three times the effort. All she had to worry about at this point was her hand cramping up from using the small blade. Seriously. The demon’s hand turned after a few inches, beginning to cut away once more. Her Lord never justified just what size he needed the sample to be, but a sample was just that. It would be the size of her hand if she could manage it.

Of course, at this time, the armor finally chose to give her an answer to her question earlier. While it had seemed empty previously, some sort of life was given to it now, as its hand swooped up rather quickly to take hold of her hair. Naturally, Kirsikka was surprised. She even hissed in pain as her hair was held rather roughly between its metallic fingers. However, the sight of the red-gold eyes illuminating behind the visor actually brought a grin to her face well after she’d settled again. “They weren’t insane,” she noted in a chipper tone. Kirsikka laughed lightly, frost moving about her. If it embedded itself on the suit, it wouldn’t be capable of moving its arm. The frost would continue forming and spreading along its torso to the other arm as well, as a precaution. If it had no effect, she would simply evaporate into frost herself and clear the podium, standing a few short feet away instead…even though the distance would be problematic in regards for her task at hand. She never once lifted her hand with the small blade from its torso, unless her frost didn’t take effect on the suit. Though the demon’s free hand did now lift to her ear, crushing the earring she’d been accessorized with by her Lord previously. Bits and pieces fell to her shoulder and where she stood. The shaking and crumbling of dust was of no concern yet. The guard stood dazed the entire time, as if nothing were happening. Kirsikka’s hypnotic spell would wear off soon, but it wouldn’t matter if those statues were about to take him apart for her.

Gabriel ignored the thanks she received from Cecil, instead watching the scene between the Templar and Lydia intently. Sickening as it was to watch flesh burn, Gabriel enjoyed the sight rather thoroughly. “Better than my imagination,” she commented to herself while she folded her arm behind her back. Her other still rested on the cane while she gave a bit of a sigh. She half hoped for the Templar to go back on his word, but he had been so determined to leave without further bloodshed that it was very doubtful he would actually attempt to drive his sword through the demon’s chest. And there was no doubt in Gabriel’s mind that Lydia was playing at that as well. The sneaky worm was smart, but weak. The princess smirked while she looked on, Lydia screaming for her guests to leave. Her ambition was lovely; everything nearly went according to whatever plan she’d cooked up. If there was one reason to enjoy the holy being’s presence, it was only that he had wrecked something precious to greed’s new princess.

The fact that Cecil stared at Lydia now, his expression showed the obvious distaste for her. Gabriel turned to face him completely as he did the same for her. His humble statement brought a smirk to her lips before she nodded her head once, her free hand moving to wrap itself over his shoulder. “Very well.” She turned her head to watch if the Templar would do as expected and walk out the door along with the now rushing crowds of demons. “We’ll move slowly. Allow the room to empty.”

Temp:  William was glad to see that the Princess gathered her senses and agreed to back down, though she didn’t say so in such a way. It was clear that the woman was very angry towards him, and understandably so. She was bold to approach him the way she did, and even more bold to let Excalibur touch her flesh willingly. Seeing her flesh burn and bubble due to the literal poison that was his aura, as well as his holy items, was uncomfortable to say the least. This was something he was used too though, as he’d killed many things in his time, including demons. As soon as it was clear that no further aggression was being thrown his way, he sheathed Excalibur and placed Sanctus on his back, then retracted his wings. “Decision…Wise…” He then offered her a slight bow and turned, walking away and eventually through the crowd that separated in order to gain distance from him. He thought about apologizing to the Princess, but he knew that she wouldn’t think anything of it. With his mission accomplished, he left the Kingdom of Greed, now in need of a serious break.

Razorbackwriter:  There was nothing more vile, than the stench of demon flesh burning from the holy aura of Excalibur. It would be enough to make the weakest stomach empty their dinner back up onto the floor. Lydia’s skin was literally melting -cooking. Her fine gown was clinging to her arms, like it was now somehow fused and it was a certainty that she would lose even more skin as she would try to move it at the ball’s end. The party was well and truly over for the Princess. Her fine ballroom was a shambles. A mess of blood, bodies and broken dreams. All of Lydia’s plans for the evening had been thwarted by this…this holy creature before her. She didn’t even understand what he was doing in Hell in the first place. He wasn’t invited that was for sure. There was a look of absolute hatred and revoltion towards William as he withdrew his sword from where he had it pointed. His wings slowly closing in behind him. He was backing down, or rather decided to spare her life. She was of course testing him to see if he was true to his word. A gamble you could say. She was the Demon of Ambition after all, and one that often acted if the opportunity to survive was possible. But there was a price to pay for this action, and that was the horrid scarring that was going to be a reminder of what this man had done.

“Decision…Wise…”

“Hardly.” The word was laced with a sinister edge. You could see that she was practically livid. Her body trembling, not from pain but from rage. Lydia’s teeth were gritted as she held back on screaming foul obscentites at the Templar as he took his leave. If Scar had been in the room, he would have questioned why the Princess let this man go. Make no mistake, she had her reasons. The fight was over….for now.

Turning on the remaining crowd, that would include Gabriel and her boy toy, Lydia’s partially melted face would be a gruesome sight. Such beauty now tainted. The right side of her mouth dragged down as though hit by acid. Her head wobbled slightly, as she appeared to have trouble standing. The holy aura had more or less crippled her.

“I shall be turning in. You may find your own way out.” The time for social niceties was over. Gripping the edge of her skirt, she shuffled past the Princess of Wrath and started her way slowly up the spiral stair case. It was a pathetic sight, but one that may well have Gabriel laughing for days. The humiliation of Lydia to be the talk of Hell for a very long time. She stopped only at the top most step, to cast a look down at the carnage. ~Such a waste~ Defeated, she dissappeared from view.

Beserker looked down at where his armor was starting to frost up. He even tilted his head at such magics, but then a low and gruesome laugh came from beneath his mouth grill.

“OOahee seeweay-fen eay-peae peoh-fe z-seeah-ha seewae deeaynaez ah-bae teae, peweay-de-kuk?”

(translation : “You think ice can stop the likes of me, child?”)

The voice almost sounded as though it came from far away, like an echo through a deep dark tunnel. The armor crackled and then started to turn a dark shade of red, but illuminated by a surge of heat, like hell itself. Did the girl not realize that this suit was indeed enchanted, forged in the pits of the damned. If the girl retreated to a safer place using her unique powers, then the game was about to be turned on its head.

Awakening a Nightmare – BC.

Little did Ava and Joel understand, that the more they tried to unlock the mysteries to Selina’s past that there were treading on dangerous ground.  Just why had she forgotten her past, or was this all part of a curse?

It proved to be a wise decision to be behind the two. Noticing Selina taking Joel’s hand, it gave the impression that the two were related. This still did not stop the ever-so-daunting looks from the public. Luckily enough most were fixated on Selina – and Joel to an extent – to not notice Ava behind them. She maintained a distance which wasn’t too close, nor too far – it was unclear whether she was a part of the trio. It wasn’t as though Ava didn’t want to be associated with Selina – it was so hypocritical; she was entering the mind set of girls who kept away from her for being different – she just didn’t feel comfortable with the attention.

The doors themselves were as grand as the stairs; though entering the building took her breath away. This was where her father worked? It was magnificent, yet so unnerving. Perhaps it was the statues, lifelessly glaring at those who walked by. Or perhaps it was the colour scheme; Ava felt as though she was in a rather posh hotel. It could have been the size; whilst walking to the reception, her head turned here and there, looking down the countless hallways which led to more halls and rooms. Was it really necessary to have so many rooms? Perhaps it was. One could tell many people worked here. This was where the intelligent of the intelligent came to work; this was where the rich make their money; this was the heart of the city. Ava knew all too well the decorations were just an illusion, masking away the cancerous tumours which existed in the city.
As Joel spoke to the receptionist, Ava was still inspecting the building. She raised her head, counting the amount of floors they had. Her eyes made no notice of the guards – they were as lifeless as the statues. Only when the women provided the gloves is when Ava began to focus on the current scenario. She took the gloves, though did not wear them. Instead, Ava felt bad Joel was paying for the fee. Even Ava – a girl who certainly had no shortage of money – recognised such an amount to be too much. She watched as he handed over the money; it appeared they would be sticking to the excuse that Selina was a cosplayer – she hadn’t really anticipated Joel would have listened to her suggestion. The idea of a convention going on made the excuse much more believable; despite Ava not being superior to Joel in any way shape or form, she had to commend him for his quick thinking.

With the woman now gone and the trio left there, Ava took the opportunity to take out fifty dollars and hand it to Joel. She’d insist on him to take it, even if he denied – if it came to extremes, Ava would remind him who she was and that she had no shortage on money. Whilst it might have come across as her bragging, Ava’s intention was to use it as a reason as to why he should take the money. When the whole dilemma ended, Ava would go back to being silent and observing the building, whilst looking out for anyone who might know her. That was until the woman came – approximately half an hour had gone. As she led them into another room, Ava peaked out of the window to see the sun was setting.
With the woman gone, Ava put her gloves on and sat down, eyeing the box.

“Okay,” the box was filled with all sorts of paper. She wanted to ask Selina if she could read – Ava wasn’t sure if everyone in the fifteenth century would know how to read – but refrained from doing so. Carefully, she picked up the first documentation; it was coloured brown with a rough texture – it was obviously old. The writing was too fancy; unnecessary squiggles, pen strokes, etc. Though, it was still readable. It became evident the woman had piled a lot of documents, regarding the fifteenth century, into the box. The first Ava began to expect was one focusing on housing.
“Selina, your family owned a property, right?”

She started from the top of the paper and began to scan; the names were listed in alphabetical order, but Ava wanted to read each and every one. The document was split into a few categories; the first was the name, the second was details about the property (primarily where it was located), the cost or rent, date of purchase and more. Hopefully, the document would include the properties the Shamandalie family owned and, if luck was surely favouring them, perhaps even the building where the Black Halo coven was centred.

Temp: Selina really didn’t know what to think about all this. This entire building felt somewhat ‘off’ to her for some reason. Whatever the reason was didn’t matter. She was in this situation and was being assisted by Joel and Ava, and all she could do was appreciate it. Then again, at this point this was more about Joel and Ava finding out who she really was and not about helping her. She was just happy to have some company. For now she happily followed along with whatever the two were doing, and sat down with them. The question about any property that her family owned was interesting, but she wasn’t sure why they wanted to know. “Mine family own’d a mansion, which was the center of our village. The entire area more or less belonged to us.” Hopefully that would be enough to assist them in their investigation.

Joel hadn’t expected Ava to be paying attention when he handed over the fifty dollar fee for the rights to look through the box of aging documents. She insisted that he take it from her, and this immediately got a disdainful look. The last thing he wanted was for the girl to have to pay, simply because he was the one that had led them here, and so he took it as his responsibility. After all, he was brought up with the belief that the man pays. Ava wasn’t taking no for an answer by the look on her face, and the young teacher grumbled as he took the notes from her and stuffed them into his pocket. Was this her way of saying that she came from money and could throw it around?

Moving on into the small meeting room, Joel took a seat opposite Ava, allowing Selina to chose where she wanted to sit. Ava got stuck into the boxes first and pulled out documents that were kept in a brown file of sorts. The handwriting was definitely of another age. They’d hit the jackpot as for the right era, but would this file contain evidence as to where the Shamandalie family lived.

According to Selina, they owned a mansion that was the center point of the village. But it was when she added that the entire area belonged to that family, Joel shot a look at Ava. Didn’t her family have great influence in the city? Could Ava possibly be a distant relation to Selina? The young teacher glanced between them both, to see if there were any similarities, but sadly he couldn’t pick up on it if there were.

“So you’re saying that the Shamandalie were…influential people of their day?” Joel pressed a bit further.“Councilmen?” Was he onto something?

Gene:

Shamandalie, Shamandalie, Shamandalie, Shamandalie. Finally, Ava had found the name. But, it wasn’t the name Ava was concerned with; her gaze was fixated on the number which indicated the amount of land they owned. Indeed, Selina was right. In comparison to other names, the amount of digits next to the Shamandalie name put the other families to shame.

“Wow,” She raised her brow, pressing her finger below the number, so both Joel and Selina would know where it was, “Even if your family were influential or not, they were certainly rich!”

Above Shamandalie, the family Steiness seemed to own a good amount of land; at least, more than the average land owned. Ava completely overlooked them. She moved the paper towards Selina and Joel, in case they wanted to review it. Taking out the next piece of paper, it resembled the previous one; in both colour and topic, the two were the same. Ava furrowed her brow; it quickly became evident both papers – even if they both addressed housing – were quite different. The one she now held focused on the housing of a nearby village; it even specified the distance between both of them. Had Ozyrn once been two separate villages? Was there any reason why this was the case? When did the two villages merge?

“Guys,” Ava muttered as she placed the sheet on the table, “Is this City the result of two villages? Do you recognise any of the names?” Unbeknownst to Ava, one of the names on the sheet belonged to the leader of the then-formal-coven.

Temp:  Selina didn’t really know how this city came to be, but the merging of two villages was definitely a possibility. The one thing that stood out to her was the name Steiness. Her eyes narrowed onto the name, and she stared at it with a rather blank expression on her face. “Stei…ness…?” What was with this name’s importance? “Ohh boy…this ain’t good.” Tallulah had decided to speak up, and jumped out of Selina’s hands and onto the papers on the table. Selina didn’t say anything or react to her Grimoire deciding to speak up. Her mind was focused on that name, and nothing more. If either of them decided to look at her they would see her eyes had shifted into a bright red color, just like earlier on in the cafe. Only this time they were remaining in that color, and not flashing. “Oye! You two! Knock her out immediately or you’re both FUCKED!” Tallulah was not one that cared for being reserved or having proper manners. She was a demon after all. If these two humans didn’t knock Selina out then there was a good chance she would Awaken. Seeing the name of one of her good friends had triggered quite a few dark memories. Tallulah had suppressed the majority of her memories in regards to the things she had done, as well as the people that she had known. There was nothing she could do to stop Selina from recognizing that name however.

The Council HQ – BC

Near the border of the Vestro District and the Inner City is where the Council HQ is located. This is essentially the heart of the town. Many of the halls are restricted to public access, whilst others aren’t, such as the Hall of Public Records, historical objects, etc.

Joel, Ava and the cat carrying Selina now make their way to the Hall of records at the Council HQ of the Inner City.

The bus pulled up just shy of the entrance to the the Council Head Quarters – an ancient structure that lay near the border of the Vestro District and the inner city. While this might not be a place where you see youth hanging out, or the usual cafe latte set, it was a place of importance amongst the leaders and business people of the city. Two large stone lions guarded the entrance to the outer stairs. Silently stalking those that entered, though frozen within their marble shells. It was here that Joel alighted from the bus with his companions, Ava and the child priestess Selina. Having come from the city library with only a book on the myths of the supernatural of the city and districts, it was here that they had more chance of finding clues to Selina’s birthright and also just where her descendants were in a modern world.

Joel was already considering what he may have to do, if they had no luck in the Hall of records. The poor girl couldn’t simply be left on the streets, and he was pretty sure that Ava’s parents would throw a fit if she was taken home to their fine estate. A girl dressed from the fifteenth century and speaking the lingo of that day. They may well call for the men in white shirts…or worse. Adults were often the worst skeptics, especially those that were not young at heart.

Standing on the second step from the bottom, Joel looked down at Selina and then at Ava.

“This is the place. Ominous looking building, isn’t it?” It was not exactly the kind of building that charmed you when you first saw it. “Shall we go inside, and continue our quest?” Joel now ready to continue the hunt for clues to their little child Priestess.

{Previous thread: The Library}

Whilst on the bus, Ava kept her bags close by, as if she feared anyone would steal them. This was not the case. The bus was crammed with people heading home and that in itself was a flaw. Their eyes would linger over Selina; Ava had to sit elsewhere from the two, luckily, so she went unscathed by the attention. That was until the bus came to a stop, outside the Council Headquarters. Rather uncomfortably, Ava stood and shuffled out of her place, cradling her bags, following Joel and Selina out the bus.

The fresh air came to a relief to Ava. She stretched; after being crammed for so long, one could not blame her for doing so. The headquarters towered over her. It was odd looking at the place her father worked at. Perhaps, he was in there now. If so, she’d have to tread carefully. Ava had no business here, even her father knew that. Only from afar Ava had ever gazed upon the building. Now, with it so up close, it felt daunting.

Moving to the lion statues, she reached up and placed a hand on them; the cold served to calm Ava after such a warm day. After stroking the statues – and admiring the intricate designs – she returned to Joel and Selina.
“Yeah. If someone asks, we should say Selina is a cosplayer.”

Most of the youth might have come to that conclusion. However, it didn’t mean they wouldn’t view her as peculiar. Ava moved her bags from her left hand to her right; she tensed her left arm, now aching from holding the bags. If she had foreseen how her day would have turned out, she wouldn’t have purchased anything. It was frustrating having to carry bags around all day. Ava made it clear she wouldn’t climb the stairs first; she’d wait for Joel to lead the way and Selina to follow, then proceed to trail behind them, keeping a look out for her father.

Temp:  Selina hadn’t been all that fond of the bus ride they took over to this place, but she refrained from voicing her opinion. She found the metal contraption to be very noisy and bumpy. What made it really bad though was the people that accompanied them on the bus. They had all been staring at her, and she found it to be very uncomfortable. At least now she understood why they were giving her such odd looks. As soon as they reached their destination Selina let out a sigh of relief, and then followed Joel rather closely. He seemed to be much more fond of her than Ava was, but she really wasn’t sure why. So long as she wasn’t in danger there was no need to make it a concern, so she decided to simply let it be. In an attempt to get looked at a little less Selina decided not to speak and instead remained silent. She unconsciously snuck one of her small hands into one of Joel’s as she moved closer to him, finding this place to be a little bit intimidating. Hopefully he wouldn’t mind.

The teacher had been well aware of how the public were reacting to Selina. The bus being another example of their curiosity, though the stares went from their cell phones to Selina and then back down again. There was really only so much that Joel could do, like he had done in the Peach Cafe, but in a moving bus, that was a different story. Now on the stairs, with Ava following along behind, the trio were ready to hit the hall of records. What did surprise Joel however, was when Selina silently reached for his hand and moved closer to him. At first he raised a brow – instinctively curious to this sudden need to be close. However, it became more clear as people that were coming in and out of the building were now looking at them. Joel felt this sudden urge to be protective once more and offered Selina a smile, before giving her hand a reassuring squeeze. He wasn’t going to let her down.

Entering the building finally, there was a large reception desk. Guards were on several chamber doors. The real heavy weights of the city conducted their day to day business activities here, and the teacher assumed that the need for the guards was warranted. Not all that were in power were that popular in some of the outer districts. Politics was a grubby game at best. The teacher had never really taken much of an interest, but just knew that there were shady things going on in the name of progress.

Walking up to the reception desk, they were met by a woman in a long grey cardigan and she had her silvery locks tied up in a tight bun, that pulled on her face, like it was a mask. Beady eyes looked up from her book as she saw the three approach.

“Can I help you?” The woman spoke with a dry voice, no hint of emotion. She must have been in this same job for years. There was no passion to her. She was as dull and grey as her cardigan.

“Ah…yes we are seeking any records you would have on the Shamandalie family. Circa….uhm..Fifteenth century. Say a census form, or…birth certificates?”

Would the woman notice Selina, and the fact that she was dressed from that era.

“One moment. You will need to fill out these forms in triplicate and all wear these gloves.” She slapped down a pile of paperwork for Joel, and then three sets of special gloves, that were used for aging documents. “It’s our normal procedure. Oh…and there is a fifty dollar fee for the lodgement of the papers.”

Joel had not expected there to be a cost involved, but…considering the ornate surrounds, it should be no surprise that they would charge a fee where they could. The teacher took out his wallet and handed over his last fifty dollar bill. His lips thinned as he knew his sister was not going to be happy. They were going to have to have ramen for a few nights.

The receptionist took the bill with a smirk before staring down at Selina and then cocking a brow. “Why is she….” The woman started, and Joel cut her off very fast. “Cos player. Convention on at the Powerhouse.”

“Oh…”

That was close.

Joel handed over the completed forms and the receptionist went to go and start tapping in what the trio were after. She trotted away for a good half hour, that left Joel having to try and entertain the girls the best he could. Once the woman returned, she had a large box, and then motioned for them to follow her to an observing room. The room had four chairs, and a table in the middle. The box was placed in the center and then she left the three to go through it.

Bad Kitty – GS.

Tommy and Elissa’s quiet romantic moment is suddenly interrupted by the most unlikely creature ever.  Frank and Isolde have also come along for the ride, but this is going to take a lot of explaining.

Scene setting :  Elissa’s apartment – Gantz Series.

Co-written with Temp, VunG and Chor.

Temp:  Xillia, Isolde, and Frank would all suddenly appear within the apartment only a few feet away from Tommy and Elissa. There was a very peculiar scent in the air of this room, one which Xillia definitely recognized. It was the scent that normally went hand in hand with intercourse, something which Xillia’s species also took part in. Though, she wasn’t quite sure how it worked for humans. Perhaps it was similar to her own kind? Whatever the method might be, she was definitely curious. She now let go of Frank and Isolde and remained on her knees due to her being too tall to stand completely. Xillia scooted very closely to the other two humans in the room, who were in a very close embrace.“Ohhh my! Are you two planning on mating more? You must allow me to witness it!”If her eyes could light up and turn into sparkly stars, then they certainly would do so at the prospect of watching them unite.

VunG:  It was slowly becoming clear to Elissa that… that there was a real chemistry between them, more than just friends who like each other in bed, more than just people curious about the other… there was something real there. As she felt his sweet touch and opened her eyes to see the joy in his, the happiness she felt from seeing him so comfortable with her was… actually rather alarming. But… she was fine with it. And as he took her in for a kiss, she gladly accepted… and found that it was neither lustful no aggressive… no she could feel his emotions through it… and she had to admit that the moment was overwhelming. As much as she was reluctant to admit it, his feelings, his fire, was starting to spark up in her, and as he kissed her, pushing her into the wall, she gladly accepted it, lacing her fingers behind his neck with her eyes closed, simply enjoying this sweet moment, happy to continue it as long as he would have her like th–

“Ooh my! Are two planning on mating more?” Immediately her eyes snapped open and turned towards the source of the sound to see… the strangest looking woman she had ever seen standing smack in the middle of her home. She broke the kiss with a start, turning to look towards the woman, her hands still linked behind Tommy’s neck as she stared at the woman, trying to figure out how she’d gotten in. Then, just as she was releasing her boyfriend, she suddenly spotted Frank and… that seemed to be Isolde with him. How had they gotten in?! Immediately she began looking around frantically, looking at the door–which was still locked–then at the woman staring at them like a kid in a candystore… and just talked about watching them do it… at least that was what she thought she heard… the window which was still very much closed… WHAT WAS GOING ON?! She quickly began looking frantically between everything, fingers pointing every which way as she tried to figure out what had just happened. Her fight-or-flight reflex hadn’t even kicked in, this person was just so strange and harmless seeming that she was just completely lost! Eventually she calmed down… only to just stare slackjawed, going from Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy, to fluffy, to Frank, to Tommy…

Razorbackwriter:  Lost in the blissful kiss, that was now getting even deeper, Tommy was completely unaware that they had an audience. A very enthusiastic one at that.

“Ohhh my! Are you two planning on mating more? You must allow me to witness it!”

Tommy’s eyes snapped open while in the middle of the kiss, only to pull away from Elissa and come face to face with the biggest girl he had ever seen. She was so big that she was on her knees and watching Tommy and Elissa with a fascinated stare. Did she just say what he thought she said? Errr…

“Hey Tommy! Hi Elissa…This is….”

“FRANK!” Tommy let out an angered bellow, that would make anyone shudder.

“Oh shit.” Frank then hid in behind Isolde, while this cat girl was still staring at Tommy and Elissa with high expectations of a sexual floor show. If Tommy was completely taken aback by what was going on, Elissa was losing the plot completely. Her finger pointing became frantic, and Tommy knew exactly what she was trying to convey.

“NO!…NO, YOU CAN’T WATCH! YOU DIRTY…DIRTY…HEY WAIT, WHAT’S WITH THE TAIL?” He was only now just seeing the alien’s long fluffy tail and this was when his eyes darted to Frank and Isolde, who were just standing there, like this was…nothing new to them at all.

Tommy, being, well Tommy; moved his body to shield his girl from the cat girl while staring daggers at Frank.

“How the hell did you three get in? The door’s locked. And…and…” He pointed at Xiilia and uttered the question“How’d she know we’d had sex?”

Frank poked his head out from behind isolde and replied. “She can stop a car with a force field. I think she is an alien. A Princess too.” He bobbed his head and could see Tommy was livid. “Were you two really having sex?”

“I am so going to belt the crap out of you, Frank.” Tommy made a run at Frank, who screamed like a girl.

“Isa!…Save me!” Frank ran into the kitchen, leaving Isa to face the heat.

~RB~

Chor:

Whatever Isolde thought she was expecting…her mind could not even touch the idea of what really happened when they entered the apartment. Complete and utter chaos had ensued, in an almost gentle and quietly furious way, with the alien upon her knees begging to be the private audience at the next showing of ‘Tommy and Elissa: Getting It On’. Having knowledge of the body most do not, it was obvious to Isa that they had engaged in some pretty serious intercourse. Sex was a science to Isa, she knew the signs; and the scene they happened upon in their arrival was a small hint as well.

Suddenly, the harmless pleading of the alien became banter betweenst the friends. Isolde, Frank cowering behind her, sighed and crossed her arms like an elementary school teacher.

This is all very expla-” she was cut off by yelling from Tommy and then things seemed to escalate more as he came rushing at the two to clearly assault Frank. Honestly, Isa might do the same in this situation. Frank’s shrill shriek, which almost had Isolde wondering about his sex, pierced Isa’s ear and as the two ran off she was left standing there alone in her white shorts and bright soccer mom hoodie. This was turning out to be an astronomically great day, depending on your definition of the word.

Mein Gott…” She paused. After a moment of letting Tommy chase Frank, she spun on her heel.

OY, BOYS!, “She practically screamed, though her commanding, rough voice did not hit the screeching level her compantion’s had. She looked then to Xillia and Elissa.

Please, if you would join me in the dining area?” she spoke gently, but there was something about it that wasn’t quite a question or a suggestion. They all needed to have a good old fashion family meeting; or a friendly chat of that sort. She went in search of this place anyways and sat herself comfortable at the table, licking her lips.

The Party Boys – He’s gonna step on you again.

Morning World!  It is near midnight here, but I know a lot of you out there are waking up.  So I thought, why not find an epic rock song to help start the day. Here is a classic Australian rock flash back from the Party Boys.  A collection of some top Oz musicians, this song has a ripper beat and some great vocals by John Swan.  This song was originally by John Kongos, but has also been covered by Def Leppard.

“He’s Gonna Step On You Again”

[Originally by John Kongos](He’s gonna step on you again)
(He’s gonna step on you again)
(He’s gonna step on you again)
(He’s gonna step on you again)

Hey rainmaker come away
From that man you know
He’s gonna take away your promised land
Hey good lady

He just want what you got
You know he’ll never stop
Until he’s taken the lot

Gonna stamp out your fire
He can change your desire
Don’t you know that he can make
You forget you’re a man

Gonna stamp out your fire
He can change your desire
Don’t you know that he can make
You forget you’re a man

You’re a man. He’s a man
(He’s gonna step on you again)
(He’s gonna step on you again)
(He’s gonna step on you again)
(He’s gonna step on you again)

Hey rainmaker he got golden plans
I tell you he make you
A stranger in your land
Hey good lady

He got God on his side
He got a double tongue
You never think that he lie

Gonna stamp out your fire
He can change your desire
Don’t you know that he can make
You forget you’re a man

Gonna stamp out your fire
He can change your desire
Don’t you know that he can make
You forget you’re a man,
You’re a man, he’s a man

Hey rainmaker come away
From that man you know
He’s gonna take away your promised land
Hey good lady

He got God on his side
He got a double tongue
You never think that he lie

Gonna stamp out your fire
He can change your desire
Don’t you know that he can make
You forget you’re a man

Gonna stamp out your fire
He can change your desire
Don’t you know that he can make
You forget you’re a man,
You’re a man, he’s a man

The Maze of Greed – Part Four : SS.

Hate and revenge can lead you down a very dark path.  This is what Scar and Mariela are about to find out.  What if they are not the only ones that are lost in the Maze of Greed?

Scene setting : Maze of Greed – Seven Sins series.

Co-written with Dessy and Artie.

Razorbackwriter:  “I was speaking all la de da. You know, fancy talk. I didn’t mean that you were mywitch…I…I…oh forget it.” Trying to explain his faux pas was just making him seem a bit silly. He didn’t mean to upset her, but by her body language the damage was done. When a woman folds her arms and gives you the look, its best to settle your bets and pay your dues. Even if you meant no harm by it. The alp much rather find a way to help the witch get far as he could from Lydia’s clutches, but now that they were in the maze, it was going to be easier said than done. Course, she interrupted his chain of thought when she mentioned that Lydia was far more evil than she first thought. Lydia had gone out of her way to earn the young witch’s trust. Becoming a woman who was nothing more than a fraud. Oh she seemed lovely, alright, but the clues were there. Like when she killed Warner, and used his blood as a sacrifice for the Devil. Did the Devil himself not say that she was an ambitious little bitch? This was of course all well before Scar arrived on the scene. And he was summoned from the book of shadows. Lydia’s grand plans for him were to keep Mariela out of harms way as she plotted the ball, and then what was to happen afterwards, when everything fell into place. Again, Scar knew that Mariela was the key to Gabriel’s curse or the removal of it. But Scar had taken Mariela into the maze first and well before Lydia was ready. That was why she appeared in the hand mirror held by the raven man.

“You…remember the hand mirror, don’t you?” Scar started, his face now perfectly serious. There was no joy or mischief in his voice. “There….is another one. Here….somewhere in the labyrinth. A bigger mirror…a looking glass.” It appeared the Alp knew a whole lot more about Lydia’s schemes than first imagined. “It’s not hers. It belongs to a Warlock. I think his name was…Raul, or something. Anyways, it is enchanted just like the one I broke.”

Scar fidgeted with his hat nervously as he bowed his head. “My understanding is that the Lydia in the mirror is in another dimension. It was why I thought….that it was safer out here, than in that hall.” Was the Alp starting to regret bringing the witch out into the maze? “As for….the price of using my hat as a way to escape, the price could be a greater one than you are prepared to pay. As I said before, magic always comes at a price.”

Dessy:  Mariela stared at him, raising an eyebrow as the alp tried to explain himself… but miserably failed. “‘Fancy talk?’ That’s what it is?” she said, before she just ended up grinning when he told her to forget it. She didn’t know what had happened for Scar to start calling her “my witch” when she wasn’t his property. But if he was trying to earn brownie points, it wasn’t working. Not right now. Mariela was still a little unhappy that Scar never gave her an explanation. She also didn’t like whatever was going on in the maze. She was a little angry about that.

Mariela nodded her head when the hand mirror was mentioned. Her face turned into a frown when Scar grew serious. Most of the time he was always happy and playful, so seeing him so serious was weird. “What does the mirror have to do with anything?” she asked, putting her arms by her side. “And why did a warlock give it to her?” she then asked afterwards. She was so full of questions, and so curious.

Mariela watched him fidget with his hat, her green eyes watching him as he talked. “So, there are two Lydia’s? Why and how? And what does this “other Lydia”,” she made air quotes with her fingers. “…want to do with me?” she then pointed to herself. She listened to him again, and she thought that Scar was regretting taking her out to the maze. That’s what it sounded like, at least. “What do you mean “a greater one than I won’t be prepared to pay”? Scar, I have no idea what you are talking about…” she sighed, and gave a roll of her eyes. “I know magic always comes with a price! Everything comes with a price!” she said, annoyed, and moving her arms around the air dramatically.

Razorbackwriter:  Scar grimaced as Mariela’s anger started to get the better of her. Here she was, stuck in a horrid maze with the Alp, when she could be back in the ball room. Though little did they realize just what had gone down within those walls. Scar certainly didn’t know….not yet. All he knew was that when he took Mariela from the ball room, he genuinely feared for her life. Some of Hell’s most powerful beings were in that room, and with murder taking place, unruly fights…well, Scar figured some of them might succumb to the blood lust and attack a pretty thing like Mariela. She totally took his words the wrong way, and he felt like she was scolding him for it. It really was just an honest mistake, and yet he could feel the rise of her anger. She was becoming more and more animated. Flailing her arms about her wildly. His answers had only made her want to ask more questions. For example, what did the mirror have to do with anything? Why would a Warlock give it to her?

The alp was starting to feel drained. He had no idea that Mariela would be so damn curious about…well everything. His job was to keep her in the dark. That was what Lydia had set for him. But after the wonderful times he spent with the witch, he had lost sight of what was required.

“Why would a Warlock do a deal with the Demon of Ambition….and Greed? Why do you think?” Now he had an exasperated tone. Scar had only overheard the pair plotting, but not actually met the Warlock properly. “He obviously thought there was something to be gained. I don’t know….maybe…maybe…” the Alp stuttered. Racking his brain of possible conclusions. “There must be…a damn good reason. Maybe they had a common enemy. You know, revenge and hate can lead you down a very dark path.” He glanced around him and then he suddenly had a clue. “What if….there is someone in this maze, beside us? What if, she let him use the maze…for a purpose other than her own?’

Perhaps the Alp was on to something, but the train of thought left his mind when Mariela again quizzed the hat and the price that would be paid for using the magic within. The colour drained from his face, as he stepped right up to her and went to grab her shoulders. Staring at her he said softly.

“Imagine a place where you had no power, no magic. The hat is a portal in a way. You could use it and save yourself.”Scar turned his head away from her as he closed his eyes. Was his love for her so much that he was willing to make the ultimate sacrifice?

Dessy;  Mariela took a deep breath and put her arms by her side. She was getting angry. This entire thing was just frustrating her in many ways. From being dragged out of the ballroom, to being in a terrifying maze, to this whole confusing mess with the two Lydia’s and the two mirrors. It was frustrating the young witch. All she wanted was for the entire mess to be over, and that’s it. She rested her arms at her sides, watching Scar as he spoke.

“Why would a Warlock do a deal with the Demon of Ambition….and Greed? Why do you think?”

This caused Mariela to give a shrug of her shoulders. She didn’t know. It could be anything. But Lydia and this warlock were obviously working together for something. For what, Mariela didn’t know. “I know there must be a “damn good reason”, but what is that reason?” she asked. The witch was too curious for her own good – asked so many questions. “Yeah… “Hate” is starting to lead me down the path where I’m going to destroy the next living creature that appears in this damn maze.” she grumbled, putting her hands on her hips. At Scar’s next words, Mariela’s eyes widened. “What purpose would that be? And if there is someone else in this maze, then we have to find them, Scar. We can’t leave them in the dangers of the maze.” she spoke, now determined to save whoever this person was from the terror of the maze. She wasn’t going to just leave them here.

All of a sudden, the color drained from Scar’s face when she mentioned the hat again. He grabbed her shoulders, staring at her as he spoke, and Mariela’s green eyes stared into his red one’s. “If losing my magic is the price I have to pay, then I’m not doing it.” she spoke, but watched turn away from her and close his eyes. “My magic is the only part of my family I have left, and I fully intend on keeping it.” she spoke, crossing her arms now. “And I never said I wanted to go to another dimension. Because I don’t.” she said, but her face softened. “There’s something you’re not telling me about this, Scar. I can see it in your face.” she said. She took one of her hands and placed it on the Alp’s shoulder. “What is it?” she then asked, tilting her head to the side as her other hand lay by her side.

Artie:  Blackness, then slight light. More blackness, then light again.. Bandit’s eyes would flutter open slowly, laboriously, her head pounding as though she’d been knocked out. What a hell of a dream.. Though, she would soon find it wasn’t much of a dream. Her wrists felt sore underneath her, her whole body aching with a dull and burning pain. She would push herself off of the grass, attempting to take in her surroundings through a fog of pain in her head. Her eyes blinked again, lids heavy and yet not fully opened yet. A light groan escaped her lips, a tired look on her face that had a prominent bruise on her cheek, in the midst of a healed but dirty cut. How it had gotten there, she couldn’t tell. Blonde hair that was stained brown fell into her face, furthering to cloud her vision. With a light huff the female would manage to sit herself up, reaching to her neck to find no collar… a clear ploy of some sort. She was sure it had merely moved itself to be around an ankle, but she wasn’t sure. At the moment, all of her limbs felt painfully dead and dull.

“Hello?” The word formed on her lips, but her throat was so dry all that came out was a soft croak, more along the lines of ‘grnoa?’ She herself could only barely hear the noise come from herself – it was so painfully quiet of a noise. This was the effect of little water, the burning that steadily rose a direct symptom of this dry throat. She would lick her lips, but unsuccessfully, as her tongue had little moisture to begin with. As she began to somewhat focus, yet still weakened, Bandit would gaze down at herself. She was fortunate to be back into clothes, her prior clothing.. It was in the same dirty condition, with a minor tear on the hem of her shirt or pants leg, but otherwise they seemed to be unaffected. Where am I? Pure willpower would force her to crawl to a hedge of the maze across from her, sitting up but un-moving as she appeared almost dead, eyes barely open from the energy crawling here had required. Her head slumped a bit as her eyes closed, the sounds of something in the distance.. voices, maybe? She couldn’t be sure if they were friend or foe, but she would try to not make herself known, knowing an enemy wouldn’t be fended off if she was found..
