Cane toads. One of the dreaded menaces of my backyard. Can’t tell you the amount of times that I have gone to take out the trash and nearly stepped on one. This short film by David Clayton and Andrew Silke, is a comical look at just what can happen to a Cane toad.
i saw this on ABC .. yep very funny. what part of aust. do you live in?? where do you find the time for all of your posts? keep them coming.. One more week and its another LONG weekend for us.

I live in outback Queensland, a long way from Brisbane. As for the posting, I tend to do that when I am on down time, after work. I find it helps me relax to write and enjoy music.

no i camped and stayed in some great cabins at small caravan parks. Long reach the people were rude I ended up at ilfracombe. I loved quilpie. wish i could go back there. Barcaldine was nice too. I liked windorah, the lady at the info center was very pleasant….

Yeah, I like Barcaldine. Heard good things and bad about Longreach, and I don’t go that far out if I can avoid it. Its not unusual to have to drive out three hours from home for work, so I see that part of the country a lot. The worst thing though is there is a long distance between towns, and the roads can sometimes be boring. A danger if you drive tired. (Which I try not to do.)
