A real wild one.

Writing is a passion of mine that I have indulged in for a few years now.  Though I haven’t yet published a novel, I have written many short stories and poems that I hope to add to this blog – razorbackwriteraus.  I am a huge fan of role play with a love of character creation.  My favorite genres include; science fiction, fantasy, human interest and supernatural.  My blog will also contain collaborations with some of my fellow writers on various RPG sites.

  1. Hi, wow. I just want to say thank you for finding my blog and for following. I love reading and writing. It is also a passion of mine, but I guess more so as a hobby and release. Kind of like therapy. I’m excited to read your short stories and poems. Thanks again. 😊

  2. Hi there, thank you for following my blog! I like your character studies/creations! Love that idea, too, like characters in search of a story. Well done, keep up the good work and thank you again. xLaura

  3. Since you’re from Australia, I guess I should say, “Good on you!” It’s always good to encounter other people who like to write and tell stories, as it’s a great way to pass the time. Thanks also for liking my blog post, and especially for choosing to follow my blog. I humbly return the favor.

I like writing and reading too – those two have to go hand in hand, I guess… and a host of other things related or unrelated, conventional or otherwise.. 🙂

  5. Thanks for following my blog, I will kindly return the favor. 🙂 I will most definitely enjoy reading your short stories – I’ve always wanted to write fiction but haven’t seriously attempted it. Maybe you’ll provide me with some inspiration!

  6. You went and done it. You went and followed Uncle Bardie’s Stories & Such. You are now one of Uncle Bardie’s Band of Merry Followers. Just so you know, Uncle Bardie’s a hoot, and he’s got quite a few whoppers in his bag of stories. Some funny, some not so funny. But all told for your entertainment. Thank you for following his blog.

  10. Hi There. Thanks for reading my blog and following it. I looked around yours and you are one busy writer. I have book marked your blog to visit often. Keep up the writing. We are in regional NSW but grew up in the mid-west in the states and moved here in the 70’s. Look forward to reading more from you and the others you work with. Have a good Christmas.

  13. HI 🙂 Thank you for liking my blog! I came to check yours out and must say I really like it. You seem to have a lot in common with my literary interests and I enjoy your stories. I really enjoy the collaborations and I must try that sometime it must flex the writing muscles nicely. Good for you for following your passions. I waited for a long time before I had the courage to put my writing out there and I don’t regret one second of it but wish I had done it sooner. But no time like the present. I am so happy to see others take the leap, a world without stories is boring indeed 🙂

    • Cheers Beck! Thank you so much for following me back. You hit the nail on the head about collaborations being a good way to flex the writing muscles. I find such inspiration from others and sharing stories with them – while collaborating, being a great way of staying sharp and creative. Be it fantasy, erotica or just human interest, it’s fantastic. Most of my fellow writers are international. Met on forums and even here. I have a back log of stories that are slowly making their way here, so I hope you enjoy the upcoming scenes and stories.

Everyone has a story inside them. 🙂

  14. Hi There!
    Thanks for the follow!
I guess, when it comes to writing, I’m similar to you, love it, wish it could be my primary concern, but for now, it’s my hobby!
Blogging has given me a chance to air my views in different ways, be it prose, poetry, or just memories and funny events I want to recall.
Hope you enjoy my ramblings, and I’m sure I’ll enjoy reading yours!

Just looking at your page. You and I, it seems, are in the same game both in writing and in interests. I love Roll Play, but wish I was able to watch it more. Just actually played D&D over the weekend for 10 hours. It was nuts. I’ve been writing for something around six years. Write as much as I can. If you’re ever up for some writing motivation together, or collaboration, let me know. I’m always writer-ready. Take care.
