Biography: Born to the General of the Emperor, Toyu was groomed from a very young age to become one of his Father’s foot soldiers in the army, however due to his pretty boy looks, his father often thought that he was too feminine. His father blamed his Mother for this, and beat not only Toyu, but also his mother. He had treated both so badly behind closed doors, that Toyu hatched a plan very early on to get back at his father for all the violence and hate. Discovering by chance that his esteemed father had been sleeping with one of the Emperor’s favorites, Toyu set him up so that the pair would be caught and his father dragged before the Emperor as punishment. But it backfired, as the Emperor chose instead to take Toyu’s mother and then have her used by many of the officers, before having her killed – to truly insult Toyu’s father in front of all. Disgraced, his father returned to the family home, and this was when he took out all his anger and frustration on Toyu. Already Toyu felt the guilt that it was his actions that had led to his mother’s death – one that never had hurt a soul. In his anger and rage, Toyu killed his father with a terrible fire blast, the awakening of his dark powers. This was the start of long road of revenge and hatred – not only for the Emperor, his dead father’s spirit, but also himself. If one cannot love themselves, or forgive themselves….there is no chance of retribution.

Toyu’s looks and charm found him favor with many, and he was able to rise in the ranks as a warrior, but few ever spoke of his family’s dishonor. That was the last thing anyone ever wanted to do.

Mission One – Gantz series.

RP Summary : Roughly 30 years ago, immigrant aliens began moving to Earth. They take on a wide variety of forms, making it harder to locate them. Only recently, the Gantz spheres were created in a factory in Germany after a rich man’s mentally ill daughter begins transmitting messages to him. The numbers she constantly uttered were turned into a message and the spheres were created, though turning it into a game was totally by choice. It is unknown who sent the transmissions to Earth (until the very end of the manga).
The spheres act as transports for players, as well as gives them their targets and tallies their points. When it opens, green text appears on its surface, informing those present that their “lives have ended and now belong to him”. A picture and brief (and totally useless) information is shown on some of the Gantz’ targets; Gantz orders them to go and kill them. After a period of time which varies between missions, everyone except Gantz is transported to the location of the mission. Those sent cannot return from the mission until all enemies have been killed or the time has run out, and if they attempt to go home, their heads will explode after walking toward the border set by Gantz. If they survive a successful mission, each individual is awarded points for all the aliens they have killed, and after that, the participants are allowed to leave and live their lieves as they see fit until Gantz summons them back again for their next mission.
Meanwhile, a specific alien race is planning to invade Earth in order to make it their home after their planet was destroyed. This is known as the “catastrophe countdown” to the players once they learn of it.

Now Frank the Detective is part of the Mission one strike team.  They are encountering their first ever alien.

VunG:  Practically the moment the team beamed in they would be able to pretty clearly see where the infestation was… though that probably wouldn’t help actually dealing with the issue. To the untrained eye, it looked like the park had the world’s most aggressive tumor, ling pinkish-brown tendrils laced their way across everything, ranging in size from what appeared to be earth worms on the ground to enormous tentacles the size of tree trunks. And they seemed to stretch in every direction without rhyme or reason, instead randomly connecting almost everything it could, the tendrils occasionally pulsing with some bulge, which would seem to be very warm to the touch if anyone tried to touch it. The tendrils didn’t actually head towards some center, but rather connected at enormous truck-sized bulges, many of which seemed to have what might have once been a tree sticking out of them. Speaking of touching the tendrils, anyone touching them would find them somewhat flexible, but still a bit firm, somewhat like an elephant’s skin, and coated in a foul-looking goo like a hagfish. The whole place STANK of decay mixed with feces mixed with fish, and to those with weaker stomachs might be enough to get them to vomit. That said, while the tendrils were quite clearly present, they certainly weren’t moving all that much or even seemed to be all that much of a threat.

Moo:  Seeing as Trent was the first to be beamed into the area, he would look around briefly. There was no movement from him made in order to near whatever the hell this alien was. Instead, he pulled out a device, flipping it open from this attachment on the arm of his suit. Nobody else would have this, because nobody grabbed them from the second room of the apartment. Nobody had so much as opened the door to glance inside. Trent let it turn on as the second person began scanning into the area not far off from him and glanced down at it. With everything illuminated on the screen, he pressed a button and faded away. Oh, Trent was still there and would be able to see and interact with everyone, but they wouldn’t see him. He was on a different frequency now.

So as Z scanned into the area and looked around, she wouldn’t see Trent anywhere. Shrugging her shoulders lightly, she merely stepped forward and pulled a gun from a holster. Though before she would even look at the alien, she definitely smelled it. The woman pulled her hand up to her nose and mouth, making a disgusted face while she let out an eugh! sound of displeasure. How terrible that stench was! Breathing as well as possible without actually up-chucking, Z looked around with her single good eye while waiting for the others to scan as well. Hopefully D.T would be right behind her, as he would likely be unaffected by the smell and thus more helpful than she could ever hope to be.

– He would be beamed in right after Z had been not too long after and would appear in a hunched over position before he picked himself up and stood upright. He would soon see that only Z was here and no one else besides the mass of flesh that was in the park if it could ever be considered a being in its own right. D.T did not enjoy the fact his Master had shown signs of unpleasantness and would stand around her as if attempting to block her from her displeasure , in a sense trying to clean the air to whatever effect it could be accounted for. –

” Are you Ok Master ? You seem to be in a predicament and I wish to assist you . ”

– Without D.T’s knowing his suit glowed purple and would occasionally fade out before glowing purple once more , his eye sclera’s would both turn black similar to how he was able to do one normally and it would bring some alertness to his Master if she saw it . D.T had no clue what was happening at the moment as he was too focused on his Master to take any other matters into his own hands , he overheard the fact they had something to do at the park but he kept that as a secondary priority right now which was succeeded by his will to protect his Master before anything else . Somehow his Dynamo’s / although altered to match with his suit / appeared in the box labeled for him and due to such he did not have any other weapons with him , thankfully his suit also came with holes in the hand sockets to allow him to conduct energy . This suit was truly meant for him. –

Sage scanned into the new area, it took her a few seconds to realize that she was okay before she stopped screaming and looked around. The smell hit her instantly, the vile stench was enough to have her puking. “Dammit…” She mumbled, wiping her mouth she suddenly noticed that she wasn’t alone.

“Where are the other people…” The question more to herself than anything, her voice was barely more than a whisper, she wasn’t use to being around so many people; even if there was only two. In the other place there was a rather large group of people, did they not make it? Was there really only three survivors?

“What the heck it that thing!” The enormous slimy tentacles made her want to puke again but she managed to keep it down. But damn Sage wasn’t built for this shit, heck she would rather of been kidnapped than deal with this…Whatever this was.

Clutching her watch in her hands she found it hard to breath, she began wheezing uncontrollably “S-Shit.” She didn’t have her inhaler, her asthma attack couldn’t have come at a worse time. Backing away from the group she tried to make herself unnoticeable, they couldn’t help her anyway.

Razorbackwriter:

Frank stumbled as he appeared on the road with the others from the Gantz room. Dressed in the customary black suit, that showed off every lump, bump and bulge, Frank looked like part of the team, but he sure as hell didn’t act like it. The rush of being broken apart and then put back together so rapidly, made him feel like a wonka bar that had just been sent by Wonkavision. Frank’s eyes rolled around in his head till he got his bearings, and then he got a whiff of the giant slug tentacle monster that was to be their target.

“Holy mother puss bucket!” Frank blurted loudly, his face screwing up as the stench invaded his nostrils. “That’s…disgusting.” yes, yes it was. And not just ugly as sin to look at either. The reality of what was there….all slimy and shit, made Frank remember the alien that had taken Rory. Was this pink…slime blob related to the creature that took his best friend?

Withdrawing his pistol from his holster, he aimed it at the creature. Problem was, it was so freaking huge, he didn’t know where to shoot it first.

“What the heck it that thing!”

“One ugly ooga booga!” Frank shouted. He then saw the girl who had asked beginning to wheeze uncontrollably. Like…she was an asthmatic. “Fuck…” He knew that the girl was going to have trouble, and seeing her back away, Frank was pretty sure that she was having an attack. Knowing others were on the site and aiming at the slimo, Frank went to the girl’s aid. Lowering his gun, he turned and moved quickly to get to her side.

“You gotta try and calm. Okay? Nice..long..deep breaths.” Each word he said was done with a pause in between as he tried to show her how to breath. Maybe Frank was being foolish for thinking he could help her, but he just couldn’t let the poor girl feel she was on her own. They were all in the same boat.

Ota:  Alice appeared a little after the others had made it onto the scene, but the smell immediately got into her nose and she placed a hand over her mouth slightly once she had fully been rebuilt. She’d let out a groan, one similar to a person not wanting to wake up from her sleep or something similar to that of a person who was annoyed and possibly tired. Of course, she would then take the body suit out from beneath her clothes and try slipping it onto the clothes she had on at the moment. Her jeans didn’t give a problem, but of course her coat did and she let out a sigh. Taking off her coat, she would slip the rest of the body suit on before putting the coat on top. Then slipped back on her boots. After that she let out a sigh.

Her body was giving off much more radiation than the human body, however her body temperature wasn’t as hot as a human beings. It was mostly cybernetics with bio-metals of some kind. Almost like a cat, she blocked out her sense of smell and walked towards the others who were investigating the creature that was slimy and rather hot. Frowning a little bit as she got closer, she stopped nearby Frank and the girl who was wheezing. She then looked at the gun that she held in her hand then towards the creature that was spread throughout the park. “Quite the mess we have here, huh.” She was talking regularly now as she now seemed to have started to grin a little. “Seems like some oversized bacteria…”

When Kenny came from the beam, due to his positioning when being hit by the laser, he stumbled onto the ground with his bum being the first to land. He looked around, seeing nothing but… something that he had no idea what it was, besides gross. The smell didn’t even affect him, because the only thing he was wondering was what the hell was going on. He got up, took a look around the place that surrounded him and the team he was paired with. Kenny was only here for a few moments and everything was happening far too fast.

“Okay, someone tell me what the hell is going on!” he shouted with a demanding tone. Kenny should be dead, so why was here and with this uniform that housed a weapon he was unfamiliar with. What the hell was that room and that black sphere thing? What was this place, it did look like something he knew but he couldn’t be too sure. All Kenny wanted was answers.

VunG:  The enormous creature didn’t seem to pay the individuals much mind, just allowing them to have their little conference in the park. It was marginally aware of them, though perhaps ‘aware’ wasn’t quite the right word. Upon the people puking, they would notice a few tendrils reaching out towards those who had puked, touching them slightly with its slimy skin and occasionally touching the vomit experimentally before leaving it be. The tentacles didn’t seem to like the feel of the suits, and depending on location would either retract or go around the individual. A few of the larger tendrils would slowly begin to shift, but it wasn’t attacking, rather just moving so that its feelers could better investigate this new and unusual sensation.

And to the person using the sensor… well… good news and bad news. Good news: it could quite clearly sense the boss alien. Bad news: EVERYTHING was the boss alien. This was a single huge organism.

Moo:  This thing…whatever it was…was totally massive. Z looked at it, despite her disgusted expression. It took a few moments before she was sure she could even manage to speak to D.T, as the stench was so strong. “..Y-yeah.” Gagging slightly, she covered her mouth with the back of her arm. “I’m fine.” As for her predicament, yeah, she was definitely in one; a huge one at that. They were supposedly here to kill this thing. With all the tentacles, it was slightly intimidating to think about–nobody should assume it would be an easy task due to the slow movements of the larger tentacles, as there were also a wide array of smaller ones sprouting from the ground or covering surrounding areas. “Any ideas on how to kill this thing, D.T?” Z was more or less ignoring the others in the group for a few minutes. Not that she wanted to seem stuck up or unapproachable, but she wanted to ensure there was some sort of game plan. And honestly, she thought D.T would be more useful than the gun she was holding. She looked down at it now, noticing for the first time this evening that there were two triggers. Peculiar…astounding, even…

Okay, someone tell me what the hell is going on! From all the background noise, this guy grabbed Z’s attention first. She blinked, turning to look at the group behind her. Some wheezing girl, that abnormal girl who sounded like a computer, a…weird guy saying a bunch of things that made Z feel less crazy… and some kid with an attitude, among others who hadn’t put on their suits and looked twice as clueless as she felt. Then that guy she’d observed earlier was totally missing. Was this some kind of set up after all?… What a night this was turning out to be. Z sighed. “Anybody have any ideas?” she asked with a raised voice. Even if D.T had offered something, she had to hear others…if everyone would cooperate, that is. “…Everyone! We should gather and figure something ou-“

Too late. From somewhere unknown, Trent fired off his gun at the mass of tentacles. It was close enough to the group to be concerned, if he did in fact cause a ruckus. He really was just here for his own enjoyment after all. And nobody would be able to find him as he was on his own frequency. Chuckling might have been heard if someone was close enough to his vicinity, but it would fade while he moved away again. “Get some balls and shoot it,” he called out. “Fuck planning, play the game like it’s meant to be played, assholes.”

Ota General Hospital : Part Two – TG.

Sunny the nurse has walked in on a fight between an investigator and a suspected ghoul, right on the top floor of the Ota General Hospital.  Will the nurse flee, or stay for the show?

Scene setting : Ota General Hospital – Tokyo Ghoul.

Written with Temp and Moo.

Temp:  The Investigators jump had saved her from any sort of damage or disable, but that wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. Once she had slid past her she came to a stop, and then stood back up. Her single red eyes immediately locked onto the woman across from her, and was followed by a small giggle. “If I was really resisting, you and your partner would be very dead.” Wolf stepped forward as she released her Kagune, which shot out from her upper back. The very strange and metallic white Ukaku almost seemed to shine in the dark of the room. Due to this being a close quarters combat situation, her Ukaku projectiles would make quick work of this woman. “Are you sure you want to fight me? I mean…really…fight me?” She’d not even used her Kagune yet, and had only shown it. Not to mention she still had her trump card, her Kakuja. Killing this Investigator wasn’t something she wanted to do, but beating the shit out of her was a completely different story.

Moo:  Landing back on her feet to whip around, Nikita let out a breath, inhaling again through her nose to keep it even. It was strange to hear Wolf giggle; it caused Nikita to blink, looking slightly surprised. Her grip tightened on her quinque, however, when she spoke. As light as her tone was, her words were heavy. Needless to say, she felt threatened hearing the ghoul ask about fighting. The sight of her kagune was strange, but nothing could come as a surprise to Nikita when she knew Wolf cannibalized.“….” Silence would greet Wolf for a few moments, until the woman felt like being ballsy again and simply rushed to swing her sword again. Unfortunately Rupture was good for damaging attacks, due to its size. Kato’s quinque–Viper as he called it–was much faster and would more than likely fair better against Wolf. Nikita’s size and build would have to make up for what her weapon lacked. Now wasn’t the time to question if it was worth the effort. Both of them were holding back for obvious reasons, and they needed to be discussed. “…You’re the most peculiar ghoul I’ve ever laid eyes on,” she confided. “What are your motives?” If she couldn’t neutralize Wolf before questioning her, Nikita would simply do it in the midst of battle, should it continue.

Razorbackwriter:  Sunny was thrown back as the lift came to life again, only this time the lights on the floor panel all lit up and the lift roared upward. It was like the lift had a mind of it’s own and wasn’t stopping at her designated floor. The nurse’s bright jade coloured eyes burst open as she was overcome by a sense of fright. Unusual for the plucky nurse, but when unexplained events like this occur, the nurse was human just like everyone else and feared something was not quite right. With a loud bang the lift finally stopped at one of the upper floors. Sunny placed a hand to her rounded bosom and let out a sigh of relief as the doors slowly slid open. The only problem was the lights outside the lift were flickering, and not only that; there was a strange smell. Like…gunpowder and…blood. Blinking, Sunny took a few steps forward before her head could be seen as she surveyed the hall outside the lift.

“H..Hello?” She whispered out. The floor was not at all crowded like the other ones. This one was practically deserted. It was most unusual. Treading carefully, the nurse stepped out of the lift and she could just hear a voice that was coming from the eastern part of the floor.

“…You’re the most peculiar ghoul I’ve ever laid eyes on.”

Sunny gasped. A ghoul was on this floor? Sunny didn’t know what to do. Should she get back into the lift or should she investigate? Plucking up her courage, Sunny tip toed along the corridor towards where the voices were coming from.

Temp:  Wolf wasn’t very impressed by the Investigators movements or fighting style, but that was due to her clearly not fighting like her life was on the line. Then again, Wolf wasn’t fighting like that either. This Investigator likely knew more about Wolf than most, which could mean she was a high ranking member of the CCG. The silence that she was met with from the woman was somewhat expected, and so was her second attempt at attacking her. Most Ukaku users were very mobile and relied on their projectile weaponry, so if you were to close the distance you’d have an advantage, but Wolf was different. When the sword came down towards her she used her kagune to slam into the sides of the blade, effectively holding it in position and keeping it from hitting her.“Motives? I seek justice.” She would then raise one of her legs and attempt to slam it into the woman’s chest. The kick would obviously be much stronger than any humans kick, and would likely disarm the Investigator when combined with her holding her weapon in place. The presence of another within the area was something she had picked up on, but it would go ignored unless the human came into sight.

Moo:  Nikita’s arm jerked to the side as her weapon was held in place. The first half of it retracted back to its normal shape, but from the point of contact with Wolf’s kagune up to where the woman stood, the weapon would still be broken apart. Nikita glared at Wolf the moment she opened her mouth to speak, Justice? The slamming of the ghoul’s foot to her chest sent her reeling back, letting go of her quinque to fall back on her ass. The air left her lungs for a moment and she gasped to get it back, sweating lightly as she grimaced. But she wouldn’t let up; she looked up toward the petite ghoul and finally found enough air to speak again as she held her chest tightly. “You don’t kill investigators. You cannibalize ghouls who kill needlessly. What are you? A vigilante? GIVE ME A BREAK.” She panted from using little breath for a lot of words. “You have too much attention on you from the CCG. Why don’t you hate us yet?” Nikita was of course unaware of the innocent nurse nearing the scene, as delicate as her footsteps were. The action dragged her attention away from noises such as a whispered hello. “… You want equality. We’re not so different, you and I.”

Razorbackwriter:  The bright eyes of our innocent little nurse were now wide as ever as she chanced upon a battle that was going on right on one of the higher floors of the hospital. It was almost unreal to think that the CCG would dare take on a ghoul or…whatever it was in such a place. From what Sunny could see, there was a little wolf masked ghoulie thingy fighting against what had to be an investigator. One thing was for certain, the investigator was taking a right beating, being kicked in the stomach and sent flying onto her ass.

Sunny’s head bobbed about as she clasped her hands together. “Oooo that looks like it hurt.” The nurse now giving her own little commentary on the action. If she had a flag and a bleacher it would be sport. Keeping in behind one of the laundry hamper trolleys, the nurse kept bobbing up and down like she was afraid of a projectile or body coming her way.

“You don’t kill investigators. You cannibalize ghouls who kill needlessly. What are you? A vigilante? GIVE ME A BREAK.”

Sunny did a little fist pump and then rolled her hand like she was barracking. “You tell em!” Talk about going from shit scared to suddenly enthusiastic. To be honest, this was the most exciting thing to happen during her shift. Again she ducked up and down, offering a thumbs up when she could.

~RB~

Temp:  Wolf smirked as the Investigator was flung back by her attack, and was now in possession of her quinque. The presence of the other human was made quite clear to the both of them when she decided to speak. Was she out of her mind? Wolf tilted her head to the side curiously as the Investigator continued to lecture her, but she only let out another giggle in response. Using her kagune she flung the Investigators weapon back towards the human that had been commenting on their fight. The weapon would wizz just past the girls head and smash into the wall behind her, causing half the weapon to be lodged in the wall. “I only kill those that deserve it.” Her form of justice was deep within ‘evil’ territory, but her cause was just. The fact this human wanted equality was also something she found very interesting, but just how true was it? The fact the woman didn’t go all out on her certainly supported her claim. “Equality can only be gained through blood, and both Ghoul and Humans must die to obtain it.” In order for there to be peace, the instigators of war needed to be silenced, which is what Wolf was aiming to do.

Moo:  Nikita stared at Wolf while she giggled before her attention was grabbed by a rather loud nurse. Blinking, the investigator stared at the woman, her mouth forming the words what the… How could someone cheer her on so loudly and carelessly? Did that nurse not value her own life? She flinched while she watched the weapon fly toward her cheer leader’s head, though it would miss quite luckily. And another problem within itself…Nikita no longer had a quinque she could reach easily in case she needed to. Then again, Nikita realized that this ghoul was not like others as she began explaining it.“That’s a vague generalization,” she muttered, sitting up fully with her hands on the floor. Her eyes had wandered from the nurse back to Wolf, narrowed completely. Hearing equality being obtained through blood, she suddenly found herself remembering what Ruvik and Kato had been debating about in the cafe. “… As long as there’s bloodshed, I doubt either side is going to seek peace. Regardless who’s doing the killing, there will always be a scapegoat. And it will always be the opposing side.” Somehow, this chain of events was slowly changing Nikita’s mind. “I want the same thing, but how easy is it to accomplish?” It was very scarce to find ghouls and humans with mindsets similar to theirs, after all.

Razorbackwriter:  Sunny was in the worst possible place to suddenly think it was alright to cheer on as a spectator to what was a life and death fight between an instigator and a ghoul. It brought the attention of both combatants squarely in her direction. The wolf like ghoul being so annoyed that she hurled a weapon straight for Sunny’s head – barely missing it by inches and cutting straight into the wall behind her.

“Not..good….Not…good.” The Nurse squeaked as the weapon was wobbling back and forth from the force of the impact. This was serious, and not to mention, it was the investigator’s weapon that was stuck. The poor girl! Sunny, had to help. She plucked up the courage, shouting out. “I got it!” literally grabbing onto the end of it and trying to pull it free from the wall. She dangled and swang back and forth – grunting and pulling with all her might. Truth was, Sunny was good at helping patients get in and out of bed, getting a weapon that was stuck in a wall out….that was another story. Every so often you could see her swinging back and forth, crying out hopefully that she would have it out of the wall real soon…..any moment. Yes, the clock is ticking.

Finally a crack appeared and with the weight of the nurse on the one end, the wall gave way….as did Sunny and both she and the weapon crashed to the floor behind the laundry trolley.

“I got it!”

Sunny held it up triumphantly with a look of pure satisfaction that her valiant efforts paid off.

Gingerly, the nurse stepped out from behind the trolley and swung the weapon before giggling. ‘Who want’s a piece of me?”

Was she high?
